Can you tell me more about this Privacy Policy update and how we should modify the one we put on our website, please?

Dear Arianna,
Some members are saying we don't need this new policy since they are selling outside the USA. I would not follow their advice and would update all your sites to comply with the new rules. Better safe than sorry. This the privacy policy WA put out officially. I for any reason this does help you PM me, and I will find the answer for you.

However I don't have a AUTORESPONDER SERVICE, in fact I'm not able to send newsletter yet... Can you help with that? Is there a plugin or something I can use?

Sure, if you do not have an autoresponder service, you can simply exclude that section or say you do not use mailing lists. At the moment I do not use an autoresponder service either so I added an H3 header with the words "Mailing Lists" and a paragraph below that was simply:
mywebsitename.com does not use mailing lists. We do not use an auto-responder service.
You have to use the example that Kyle gave you and edit according to your needs, that is why that is not a "one size Privacy Policy" that covers all websites.
If you are looking for an autoresponder service, put in autoresponder in the WA search box and a number of different resources should come up. Jay, the WA chief trainer did a number of live training on that a while back. Now with the new WA UI, found in the Live Events section.

Yesterday I installed "Newsletter" by Wordpress. Now I'm trying to understand how to manage the autoresponder part.
I'll go check in the Live Event Section!

I am not familiar with "Newsletter" by WordPress so can not help you there. If you are having "fun" with it, it might be worth doing a google search on it. Maybe the terms "Wordpress +Newsletter +'managing autoresponder' " might provide links to useful information.
