I JUST COMPLETED ANOTHER WEBSITE SALE TODAY! CONTRACT AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT SIGNED!
This past year, I've been moving my web business and client sites over to Wealthy Affiliate and it's been AWESOME! I am FINALLY on my last one! Just in time, too!---My Web Center and client's monthly hosting fee is going up from $60 to $75 on December 1st! Why would they do a rate increase of $15??! Shhhhh, don't tell Kyle! (Just kidding. I know he'd never raise ours up)! Yet another cool benefit of working at WA! So, I won't be paying anything now managing things here, and my clients will have a rate decrease of $10 a month, since I only charge $50.
One by one, I've moved their sites here and redesigned them. (Btw, the best I've ever designed--and the most fun, too!) And, since they really had no choice other than to cancel, I gave them "an offer they couldn't refuse!" $250 purchase price with a $50 monthly hosting fee. My going rate is anywhere from $600 - $1,500. So, I've been pretty much earning $250 each week for awhile on sites, and love it when all the monthly hosting fees hit!

Life is good, but it will only get better, as affiliate sales are coming in, too. I have been adding multiple affiliates to my websites, to FB, Instagram and (my favorite) Pinterest through Clickbank. (a real Godsend!) I received close to $50 yesterday! I also got my first referral of the month. Hope he'll go Premium!
