Another payday!
I JUST COMPLETED ANOTHER WEBSITE SALE TODAY! CONTRACT AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT SIGNED!
This past year, I've been moving my web business and client sites over to Wealthy Affiliate and it's been AWESOME! I am FINALLY on my last one! Just in time, too!---My Web Center and client's monthly hosting fee is going up from $60 to $75 on December 1st! Why would they do a rate increase of $15??! Shhhhh, don't tell Kyle! (Just kidding. I know he'd never raise ours up)! Yet another cool benefit of working at WA! So, I won't be paying anything now managing things here, and my clients will have a rate decrease of $10 a month, since I only charge $50.
One by one, I've moved their sites here and redesigned them. (Btw, the best I've ever designed--and the most fun, too!) And, since they really had no choice other than to cancel, I gave them "an offer they couldn't refuse!" $250 purchase price with a $50 monthly hosting fee. My going rate is anywhere from $600 - $1,500. So, I've been pretty much earning $250 each week for awhile on sites, and love it when all the monthly hosting fees hit!
Life is good, but it will only get better, as affiliate sales are coming in, too. I have been adding multiple affiliates to my websites, to FB, Instagram and (my favorite) Pinterest through Clickbank. (a real Godsend!) I received close to $50 yesterday! I also got my first referral of the month. Hope he'll go Premium!

I remember my first moneymaking website being built in 2007, I believe the hosting was around £600 per year, it seemed a lot at the time but I didn't know any different, I have to say that the hosting was seriously quality hosting that worked really well.

Indeed Erin! I remember my very first website being built in 2004 for my off-line business, the Webmaster at the time asked me what my domain was and the he was talking about hosting, I don't have a clue what he was talking about! How times change!

Congratulations Erin, that's awesome. I'm curious, must you create content for all of those sites or do you design them and leave the content creating to them? That's a lot of writing if you do.
Thank you, Florencio! For the ones I've been redesigning, the content just has to be moved over and reworded to fit the SEOs. I update all the photos (I take them all myself on certain sites), and set up all the pages, links and sidebars.
On the brand new sites I do, they usually provide most of the content, but I tweak it with keywords, etc. and often add my own content flair in places. Working on the search engines is a constant task with each, too.

Why would you not make a training about technical details? Like the mentioned signing contracts, how is it done, some plugin? About the payment procedure, when they pay, how? How you communicate, and such stuff.

I've written helpful posts, but never a training here, Jovo. I'm working in a million different directions writing my books, designing sites, doing my Case Study here, Counseling, family obligations, etc. I'll see what I can do though! Thanks for reaching out!
