Can we do adsense while posting banner ads on sidebar?
having adsense on your sites while promoting and posting other ads from your affiliates
It depends upon what you promote. If you are promoting medicines, weapons, health-related products, etc. or if your content have hate speech about certain group or religion or you are promoting or writing adult contents, then you can't put AdSense ads. Otherwise, it is a good idea to put AdSense, not only on the sidebar but anywhere on your website.
Actually, AdSense provides automated ads these days for which you only need to add AdSense code on the head of your website and need to turn on Auto Ad feature on your AdSense account. Then AdSense itself will show ads automatically on the best places of your website.
I promote Amazon products, Wealthy Affiliate, as well as other affiliate products, have also put media.net ad, and then still AdSense approved me and I'm running AdSense ads for more than 5 years on my two websites. I never have any problem so definitely you won't have as well.
Actually, nowadays, my major source of income is AdSense than those affiliate products. So, definitely you should put AdSense ads to increase your earnings.

i want to make a page on my website where my visitors can upload their own video but i dont know how..thanks in advance!
Hi Donna,
What Joe said is 100% correct. Video's are very large. One alternative would be to have them upload their video to YouTube.
I'm not sure if there is a plugin that would allow you to have them submit the YouTube Link and then place it on your site. You might even want to do that manually anyway so you can review the videos before putting them up.
Hope this helps,
- Glen B
I know there are themes which have that feature. One thing you need to consider is that videos are normally have big file size. A lot of videos on your site will make your page heavier and will adversely affect the page speed. If you still interested to proceed, let me know. :)
Joe
I see.. just have an idea and just thought of doing something like that to attract visitors I guess..
So the theme you might talking to must have a subscription??
Unfortunately, yes. It is a premium theme - Moto theme.
Try to search further, I believe there are free themes you can have with similar feature. I need to plan this carefully due to the reasons I mentioned earlier.
All the best.

how to put a link on my facebook cover/photo , that once somebody click on it they will be directed to site or affiliate site...
thanks!
Highlight the image by clicking on it, then go to the icon above on the menu, it looks like a chain, a box will appear for you to enter in a link code, then hit the add link button to the right of the drop in the link box.
Then you are linked, hope this helps
Alex
Hello Alex,
I tried your suggestion but I couldn't figure it aout.
When I click on my FB Cover Photo, I am directed to a page with right and left arrows to scroll through all the other cover photos I used. I cannot see the icon that looks like a chain.
I am not sure what I am doing wrong
Can you please explain my friend?
My explanation works while you are adding a picture and a link to that picture while in the post menu,
Not sure how you would apply it to your main photo

can use it to get referrals??
You sure can Donna, here's a tutorial to help you do just that: How to Use Your WA Affiliate Links Hope you find this helpful.
Affiliate Link: The picture shows where and how you will get your affiliate link. I copied from Jerry Huang's post. Then you get that link use in your post. I typically would put it under a banner or in some key places in my post promoting WA.
If someone clicks on it and sign up you will be credited.
You definitely can! You'll see a box outlined in blue with the word Affiliate and a link symbol on every post and training. Click that box to receive your affiliate link.
You can use this affiliate link in your own posts when promoting WA and anyone who clicks on it will be your referral if they sign up!
