Top20-Not to do list
Have you ever write a do list in your journal when you plan ahead. All the top 10 list the do but what about Top not to do list.
Here are what I have in mind.
#1 play not the lose. Is mindset. Play the defend on football match an example.
#2 drain up your frustration and stress on your motivation
#3Multitasking. When you do of think you are multitasking lead the drain out of energy and your mind scattering.
#4 Overwhelming and overworked
#5sleep late and wake up late in the morning
#6 non-stop hustling no break
#7short cut. Jumping over from chapter 1 the chapter 10
#8 play the victim. Blaming. Complaining. Justified
#9 comparing
#10 Sprint.
#11 no plan.
#12 doubts and not good enough
#13 comfort zone
#14 Waiting game
#15 waiting for validation or approval from somebody else.
#16 no commitment
#17 not taken ownership
#18 procrastination or doing nothing
#19 no direction or purpose
#20 desperate mind or needing mind.

1. Do a lesson
2. Write content

My list of top things to do is,
1- Good Diet
2- Exercise
3- Good rest.
These all allow me to have the strength I need every day to get the job done.
