Let's all have a rant party :
Recently I have read a lot of "rants" from various members here. They are ALL justified because we are ALL different and everyone is entitled to their opinion. Of course when we comment we are also entitled to OUR opinion. I think it ought to be ok to say what you are really feeling and be authentic, without being harsh, judging others or criticising them - it is just a matter of the tone!
WA is a microcosm of the world we live in and we all know that there are sooooo many different opinions, thoughts, attitudes... some you get along with and some you don't.
I think bearing grudges or being "upset" with someone and not saying anything is unhealthier than when we can disagree but accept that there are other ways of seeing things. Aiming for a win-win situation rather than blaming, criticising and even "telling off" is not only a more mature approach but also more helpful.
So rant and rave if you need to ( I personally prefer the rave part - any excuse to dance :) ); get it off your chest and then breathe. Better to offload it than swallow it any day. For the person reading the blog there will always be something to get out of it.
And the rest of us are mature enough to like, not like, comment or just ignore. We always have a choice.
So my lovelies I am going off for a 10 minute "rave" before carrying on with my next blog.
I think 100% of the people here are great - different but great.
Loving you all on this wet Monday afternoon in paradise, as we brace ourselves for the trough hitting the island and hoping it will not cause much damage or loss of life.
By the way, I officially apologise to ANYONE I may have sent an unsolicited PM to and invite ANYONE who needs to, to feel free to PM me.
I also apologise now for breaking any rules in the past, the present and the future!!

Hi Valina,
I think you are so right. We are all very different, that's what makes us the community we are, our differences. If we were all the same, could you imagine how boring we would all be. We would have the same ideas, thoughts, and issues. I'm glad I'm different, that's what makes me unique!! Thanks for your insight. Have a good evening. Take care.
Mary
P.S. apology accepted...lol!!!
oh my, I am soooo happy we are NOT all the same, how boring would that be!!
be happy, stay well, go safe
Well said Valina, we are all different, but we are all doing our best according to our capabilities. WA is just a little village with all sorts of people with different backgrounds, with some neighbours who are as family, some will be your friends, some you only wave to and some you do not like a lot. But when one of the neighbours is ringing your bell, you are there to help and assist wherever needed, and perhaps, when you then learn a bit more about the neighbour, he will turn from a "not like" into a friend.
