Can you explain the exact type of hosting we have here at Wealthy Affiliate?
Is it shared hosting?
Can you give a comparison with a popular hosting company - say Blue
I am currently writing an article on Wordpress hosting on my website, WA hosting is really outstanding in comparison to the rest
Its more than just hosting its hosting for the online business owner with tools that no other web host offers
Site publishing
Site comments
Site feed back
Super fast speeds
Excellent site support
Just a few if the benefits of WA hosting
Barry
But strictly looking at the hosting - not any other components of WA. Would you not say it is similar to: SiteGround:
GoGeek package - $10.69 & the GrowBig package - $6.99?
Unless I am mistaken?
Thanks

I don't know what site ground offers, the difference he at WA is that most people are here to build an online business and not just here for the hosting so they have everything they need under one roof
This is the reason I am at WA, everything I need is in one place
So paying for separate hosting does not make sense to me
Barry
Well in simple words its a fully Managed WordPress Hosting with main tool being siteRubix check out at https://siterubix.com/. BlueHost provides various hosting plans like shared, VPS, Dedicated etc. Here the major diff can be that you do not have cPanel like in shared hosting. you can compare it with any managed wordpress hosting plan. So, WA is is a managed WordPress host. It takes care of everything for you. That includes security, speed, backups, reliability, spam protection, data protection and many more.
So like SiteGround has for $10.69/month?

have a read of this by Kyle which will explain a lot for you. Some Much Need Perspective on WA Hosting (and Comparisons) Our Innovative Approach to Hosting. (Important Updates)
Wordpress Hosting that really doesnt compare to any of the discount starter accounts. To get the level of service provided by WA, you would pay over $100/month on other sites.

The Managed Wordpress hosting you have access to here at WA is matched by very few hosts in the industry in terms of quality, security, speed, and support. It definitely is not a budget host like the other shared hosting companies out there. The hosting you get here at WA is comparable to $250 per MONTH hosting packages.
You can learn more about it here:

You can host up to 10 websites on your own domain as a premium member.

These posts are old - especially the one from 2017.
The GoDaddy comparison shows WordPress hosting at $13.99/month.
WPEngine is $115/month
So which is it and exactly
SiteGround which is considered as Top in WordPress hosting is $10.69/month.

So still would like more clarification on what would be comparable.
Still does not give me the technical aspects of what the WA hosting really is.

Can you explain the difference between Jaaxy Enterprise and Jaaxy Lite. The reason I ask is that the Jaaxy Lite does not give anywhere near the same results for certain keyword
The results don't change in Jaaxy regardless of your being on Lite, Enterprise, etc.
It's possible you had a typo when you did your comparisons.
Here's my results on Enterprise and as you can see they match your results with Lite :)
I was watching a training video with Jay using Jaaxy Enterprise and this is the result Jay had.
Since the result you are showing reflects more of my results with Jaaxy Lite - then the question would be why such a different result from the past?
I have checked and the original Jaaxy result from Jay seems more correct. "Email Marketing" is a SUPER HARD keyword to rank for
I just can't imagine that it would be less competitive now than it was in the past. SO the QSR=412 & SEO=1 just seem way more valid.
But - that said - at least it is good to know the versions are similar in results.
Thanks
The differences between the versions involve the number of results you're shown, manual vs instant results, along with features available within areas like Site Rank, Search Analysis, Alphabet Soup, etc.
As far as the results themselves, they're not similar, they're identical across all versions. And they're dynamic as well.
Now, every once in a while you can find a keyword anomaly that will show an extremely high traffic number and an unbelievably low competition number, I'm talking like 10000+ traffic with competition of 1.
But when you continue with the keyword research checking its search analysis, etc like Jay shows, you get the more realistic picture for how competitive they are.
So, as with any tool, make sure you're using it thoroughly and taking advantage of all its features to get the big picture on your research :)
It's a great tool, especially Enterprise. I've used it countless times for every bit of content I've written. :)

Hey Abbie
Thanks for the reply

Your replies are not dealing with my question
Why are the Jaaxy Enterprise and Lite results Soooo different.
If I am using the Lite I may be making very poor decisions for my keywords if the Enterprise version is the only valid data.
That would make Jaaxy Lite Useless.
For people using the Lite it would be basing all their decisions on invalid data... Not a good way to start a business
I am not having trouble using or understanding Jaaxy - What I am concerned about is the Data being incorrect or unreliable.
Regards.
That's not true, the stats are same whether Lite or Enterprise, however, the difference is Instant Competition Analysis where you are not needing click the QSR every time and can look up stats more than one search at a time.
Also site rank searches per month are more i.e. 10K for premium plus subscribers vs. 100 searches per month for the lite users.
There's no discrepancy there.
Jaaxy Enterprise
email marketing 24262 4125 195 Normal 71
Lite
email marketing 24262 4125 195 Normal 71
You see here my testing is exactly same.
You can also compare with Google, as in "email marketing" - currently showing 200 results as the number of websites who use this phrase less five to allow for disparity and updates.
Hope this helps.
It looks like I am in error - The Current Lite and Enterprise versions are giving the same results.

Then the Lite version is not reliable data.

What is it talking about when it says:
1) Earn While You Learn?
2) 1-on-1 Coaching?
Meaning and where is it found?
I think this may be just promotional jargon..
Earn while you learn means that you can earn commissions by referring others to Wealthy Affiliate while you are learning to setup your website ...
As well once your site is setup you can earn while you learn the more advanced aspects of Internet Marketing.
1 on 1 coaching refers to all the help and chat features on this site ... while you need to do the work to learn and attempt the setup, other members are here to help you when you are having difficulty ...
Hope that helps ...
