My World Just Crumbled Before Me!

I am a little distressed right now as
I write this post. Since I joined Wealthy Affiliate as a premium member, I have been working hard to build my site.
I would take training, implement a task and make some progress. I had gone as far as 5 pages with 13 posts and a total of 140 comments on the content I put up.
Needless to say, I have been practically using Kyle's advice to write from the hip. I am glad that even though I am not a perfect writer and English language being my second language, I had been making so much progress.
I have received immeasurable help from most of you by way of comments to my posts, words of encouragement, advice on post or graphics on my website and even on technical aspects of the website.
I have also met friends and formed a bond here within Wealthy Affiliate and we drive each other to make sure we are accountable to our efforts as we build our respective businesses. Each member of the group has to update other members daily on any progress they have made on their site. We pledged to take daily action building our sites.
In creating my website content, I would have posts that I wrote naturally and from the top of my head with a little bit of research and some that I would research for days on end to come up with quality content.
So I was happy and sailing. I am still happy though. What I am about to tell you is heart wrenching for me at least.
I was taking some training on a theme that I really love and will be my base theme for many of my sites I will be creating in the future.

In that training, they recommended resetting my WordPress for the plugin to work with little or no conflicts.
It never occurred to me that by so doing, I was also getting rid of all the content that I have worked so hard to create. Unfortunately in the training they did not recommend backing up my site before performing that action.
So I lost all my content.
Sadly.
No amount of weeping, wailing or mourning will stop me.Being the smart guy that I think I am, I immediately send a restore request to WA support. Unfortunately, their system had also run a backup during the time my content was deleted.
WA support is fast and great. Within 4 minutes, they had responded to my request.Unfortunately, they could not help me with this request because of the backup that ran on their servers.
So dear WAs, I have learnt an expensive lesson. Backup, BackuUp, Backup.
Find a few links below, to the training on how to do so:

I just thought my experience can serve someone from grief, especially those that are just starting.
In the meantime, I got to go back to work. Going through the training. After that, I will get busy "re-contentizing" my website. "That which does not kill you, makes you stronger". That is how I feel right now.
To Our Success.
Have a great day.
