I am going through the training and have gotten to lesson 10. It is asking me to upgrade to premium. I have already paid my $299 earlier this year. How do I get around that
as long as you know your password then try clicking on the padlock next to hte url ( assuming you are not on mobile) and clear cookies and site data...it may be remembering your old data...
or try ctrl+f5 as an easier option...
Have you checked your jaaxy account as well....
if you experience issues then goto account settings and check your jaaxy settings...
go through the add a new account and cancel
then everything should work properly...
it is mainly down to browsers....
i hope you get it sorted

If not, you may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.
