I am going through the training and have gotten to lesson 10. It is asking me to upgrade to premium. I have already paid my $299 earlier this year. How do I get around that

According to the Diamond on your image, you are already premium, my friend! Are you monthly or annually?

Then it would seem that you are already paid up. I would reach out to Kyle to see if you are current, or what might be up, Stephen!

as long as you know your password then try clicking on the padlock next to hte url ( assuming you are not on mobile) and clear cookies and site data...it may be remembering your old data...
or try ctrl+f5 as an easier option...
Have you checked your jaaxy account as well....
if you experience issues then goto account settings and check your jaaxy settings...
go through the add a new account and cancel
then everything should work properly...
it is mainly down to browsers....
i hope you get it sorted

You can create a webmail | forward with a dot com | transferred | pointed | purchased domains vs a siterubix subdomain.

OK, explain whats going on if you could so I am up to speed

I must have changed the password a few weeks ago at the Verizon. Now, I can't get in/remember it. Also, my google phone # is attached to the email, so the texts only showing there...I did not link that to my cell#.
