What plugins would anyone recommend for comments avavtars on their site
On my site I have my avatar but but none for the people who?
What plugins would anyone recommend for comments avavtars on their site
I think commenters have to have their own avatar like something from Gravatar. If they don't have one the silhouette appears instead IIRC.

Now this might seem like a simple question but if I have Yoast, do I need the all in one SEO ?
Thank you in advance
Gar
No you do not need it if you already have yoast. They both serve the same purpose with some differences but both are not needed. I prefer yoast but that's because I have been using the plugin for years, other prefer all in one seo, basically it comes down to which you prefer because having both is not necessary and will just add another file to slow your site down.

I would like to know how to use RSS and also do I need a plugin
Hi Gary,
I think the reply below sums up what an RSS feed is. I couldn't have done a better job myself. To answer your other question, Do I need a plugin? No, you don't need a plugin for your RSS feed, you simply type in http://yourdomainname.com/feed. Obviously, you would replace your domain name with your website URL.
I really hope this helps you Gary and if you have any other questions please let me know.

Hi Gary
Hope this helps to shed a light on RSS a bit..
What is RSS? How to use RSS in WordPress?
What are Benefits of RSS
RSS makes it easier for other people to subscribe to your content. Using an RSS feed, they can receive updates from your blog or website directly in their web browsers (except Google Chrome), feed readers, desktop applications, and many other devices and services. Subscribers don’t have to remember your website URL because they can bring the content into a central location where they like to read all ........read more at :

So I love to write my posts for my blogs and at times I'm very prolific with my writing. I maintain my site health but for the life in me I cannot get my head around meta tag a
Hi Gary,
The meta tags (Also known as your meta title) Is the boxes below your post in the all in one SEO section. You only need to worry about the title and description and don't worry about entering keywords in the keyword section.
You should have your keyword in the meta title and meta description in the first 160 characters. I'm not really sure what the robots do but it looks like a few other people have chimed in on this topic.
I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions, Gary.
Cheers
~Scott~
make sure your keyword appears in the first paragraph, possibly at the beginning, as the meta tag is the first 140 character of your post by default.
This might help you. Which Meta Tags are Important this is a bit older however might help you understand it , so many things to work out eh When and How To Use the robots.txt File
Your SEO pluggin (Allin one SEO?) will have the spaces for you to create meta tags below your post. Ensure your keyword appears in here. It is the summary seen by searchers and entice them to look.

I was asked a question recently about one of my websites and it's a valid point.
Where was my home button?
Can anyone please help me with this?
M
Hello Gary
In general you will need to set it up from the menu tab. Create your main menu. If home is not available by default you can create a "Custome Menu". Within the menu tab, left column click on custom menu. There you would put your website's URL, and you can call it Home. then you would add to the "Main" menu, be sure to save after adding. That should do it.
No problem. Also forgot to mention some themes may have it as an option to edit from "Customize" then "Menu" tab it may give you all types of options to move them around, make vertical, colors etc, or you can also add custom menu plugins, but I prefer to stick with the menu options available from the theme itself to avoid conflicts /glitches.
Cheers
