Do You Have a Good Support System?
Yesterday was a long day for me, on top of everything else I started a new business. I spent about 7 hours sitting behind my computer, I didn't really accomplish much in those 7 long hours. I had to print brochures and business plans and introduce myself to my new community, I started a draft for my new block, I did some research.....and so on.
And then I got to thinking, wow I am so lucky to be able to do this properly, to take the time to learn new things to have the time to create, to do it right. It is only possible because of my husband, my support system who gives me space and who understand good things take time to come to fruition.
Do you have someone like that in your life?
So here is to our support system! Our patient, kind, friends and family who are able to tolerate delays. Who will play cards with your child for hours, so you can do the things you love. Our rocks!

Yeah, WA and my husband are both fabulous! Since 2 weeks hubby is home, without a job, and that gives me mega-free-time! My children call me to tell me if some link doesn't work on my website.

WA is my support system. At home, my older son is in his teens, so he's happy to leave me alone when I want to work, but my younger son is only 4 and so he requires my attention throughout the day. My wife unfortunately doesn't really understand what I am trying to do here, so she will often make plans that involve me, thus taking me away from my attempts at learning or building my site.
You are absolutely correct WA is a great support system I couldn't do without.
It is hard with young children, my daughter is 5, so I understand.
Maybe you can show your wife exactly what is it you are doing and ask if you can dedicate an hour to it at a certain time every day... sometimes people just feel left out..
