Don't Diversify Because It Will Kill Your Business!!
Hi Everyone
Hope you all keeping well and progressing well within WA. I have been a member now for a few months and I have made excellent progress thanks to the training on this site and my off line experience.
How ever I wanted to write a short message to warn of the dangers of diversifying with different projects and not giving 100% to the websites that are making you money. It is so easy to get carried away with early successes like I did and start creating lots of websites.
The big problem with this is you just cannot devote enough time to them all to do it right and I found myself writing shorter postings. This is a HUGE mistake and any newbie reading this should take it from me...... concentrate on a website until it makes money then start another while still adding content to the other.
Having said all that sometimes you may get a flash of enlightenment like I did and make a completely new website that makes you a decent living. But apart from these flashes of brilliance you should just keep to the training on WA and the sales will happen.

Hey Alan, Great advice. I was thinking about doing a second website soon, now that I read this, I changed my mind. lol
What I'll do is draft some ideas about my next site. Get it organized on how I want it. Thanks for sharing.
yes,, Kyle got on to me about having more then one. Even though I don't work on the other one any more. Yes, far to much work to be doing more then one site.
How many do you have going?
Hi Rick I have around 7 websites LOL see what I mean so many to keep going. I am concentrating on one and just adding a few posts every now and then to the other.
my sentiments exactly, to many come and think that because they put a website up in a fairly fast way, but they fail to realize the attention to detail its going to take to maintain a site to maturity. So they take on multiple sites, and this will ultimately lead to disaster.
I've kept on with the same site and still don't make any money. Would you suggest that I am the other way around? Meaning, I need to diversify? :)

You seem to have some experience and common sense so we know you're not going to bite off more than you can chew.
Thanks
