Feedback is something to treasure.
Especially in business
What is my point
Feedback, when genuine always helps to grow.
Especially when reporting problems.
It helps to adjust in time.
Especially from customers
who report good and bad things.
For unsolved problems keep coming back
like a boomerang and before you know
hit you in your back.
When acknowledged, it helps to grow
or find other solutions.
Mind the boomerang indeed!

Agree, sometimes the best feedback is the criticism. That way you can fix your mistakes.
However, you need to take on board what has been said first. Just this last week I pointed out to someone a problem with linking to Wikipedia and they just went “ nope” Haha, made me laugh. They obviously thought I’ve been here longer than you, you young whippersnapper. Lol.
An open mind is better than an open wallet.
At least from me, because my wallet has no money .lol.

Feedback is important! The needs of customers are realized. It also determines whether the service, or the product had meet the customer’s need, or if not , what needs to be improved or changed.
Feedback is synonymous to evaluation. It grades the quality of service or product.

Feedback and especially "constructive criticism" are always very welcome in my opinion Fleeks!
Without it, it's very difficult to see what we have done wrong and what we need to do in order to improve!
