Did you notice this?
Did you notice this?
It is your AI writing assistant.
When you highlight a piece of text, you can rewrite it, correct it, or gently reshape it.
Sometimes that means fixing a typo.
Other times it means turning a tangled sentence into something that finally says what you meant.
For those less familiar with a writing assistant.
It helps to think of it not as a writer, but as a helper that works inside your words.
You begin. It responds. Nothing happens unless you invite it in.
You might highlight a paragraph that feels too long.
The assistant shortens it, keeping the idea but letting it breathe.
You might select a sentence that sounds awkward and ask for clarity.
What comes back often sounds like the same thought ... just said on a better day.
It can help when you’re unsure how to continue.
You highlight what you have, ask for a suggestion, and suddenly the next line appears.
Not because the assistant knows your story, but because it understands how language flows.
It can also help when you already know what you want to say, but can’t quite land it.
You explain it once, twice, maybe three times.
The assistant listens, reflects, and offers a version that clicks.
You stay in control.
You choose what to keep, what to change, and what to ignore.
The assistant doesn’t replace your voice . It helps you hear it more clearly.
That’s all it does, really.
It makes writing feel less heavy, and words a little more willing to cooperate...

Hi Fleeky:
Yes — that framing resonates.
Thinking of it as something that works inside your words instead of replacing them makes a big difference. When it’s used that way, it feels less like “AI writing” and more like friction being removed from the process.
I’ve found it’s especially helpful when the thought is there but the sentence hasn’t caught up yet. Highlighting something that feels almost right and asking for clarity often brings it closer to what I meant — not something new.
The part about control is key. Nothing happens unless you invite it in, and nothing stays unless you choose it. Used that way, it doesn’t dilute voice — it sharpens it.
Good way to describe it.
Thanks,
Chuck
Hi Chuck,
Handy tool to correct or rewrite text indeed.
Without heavy lifting of correctors, other apps, and switching between sites...
Glad it resonated.

Hi Isabella,
Just highlight a text that you have written, and you will see it.
Click the icon, and you have a lot of choices...
Really wow!

No, I haven't found it. If you are talking about Site Content - I may not have it because I am not Premium Plus. It may only be available to Premium Plus. I asked Copilot and it suggests that there is a newer version that may not have been rolled out to everyone or may only be available to Premium Plus members. No worries - I can manage without. Thanks for the heads up though.
It is everywhere.
Eg. When you reply to this... highlight your answer and it should appear. ...
🤗
Ps
It might be related to apple OS systems only. So, not sure it appears on window devices...
