Can my WA buddies please help me not make a fool of myself tomorrow?
Help needed!
I have the awesome opportunity tomorrow to give a talk with a local networking group that I belong to, on ways to increase your websites SEO. I am going to be keeping it simple, concise, and conversational since I do not have access to any A/V for this talk, so will not be using any technology (weird, huh?)
I will be focusing on the "low hanging fruit" technique, to chat with people about how best to find targeted keywords for their specific niche/business and will encourage them to contact me after the talk where I can send them links (my affiliate links, of course, which I will disclose in the email) to WA and Jaxxy so that they can do some searching themselves.
In the interest of transparency, I am also hoping to be able to share with them some other keyword research tools, but everything I find seems to point to Google Adwords Keyword Planner, and a variety of other online tools, none of which seem to be very helpful (I tried a few yesterday).
Does anyone have any suggestions, or links here that I could get information from to put this presentation together? I will be talking for about half an hour.

Melvin, Thanks! I've never come across this one so I will have a good look. It will be nice to be able to recommend something free at least to have the credibility. Curious if it will delve as deep as Jaxxy will...I have to say, to K and C's credit, I have not found a tool as god as Jaxxy yet! COMMENT EDIT - Looks great, but charges to see results. :( Still looks promising, but I love my Jaxxy!
Hi Sarah, You already have enough of understanding about the subject. The only thing is that how to deliver it so that it clicks to them. I will share my experience about it in an exactly same situation.
Few days back I was addressing a group of people on the same topics. After the introduction, I asked them to write down, what they may write on the google search for searching about a specific niche. There were about 30 people. When all those 30 search words were collected, I could make them understand about the importance of keywords.
Now the next important thing was that how they could get the same result without putting so much of efforts and there came the importance of JAAXY and WA.

Thank you so much for the insight! That is a powerful tool to use, and will be a great way to get people engaged from the very beginning! I will certainly be discussing the concept of tools that they can use moving forward, but because this is a talk without technology, I don't have the ability to have them click on my affiliate links to access WA and Jaxxy - so I'm left having to leave it all a bit vague (which is okay also, because I don't want my talk to come across as a WA advertisement) but will certainly allude to there being tools out there to help people. This way, people who want more information, can email me and I will give them specific links, and encourage further meetings to discuss specifics one on one. I have found that the one on one meeting with people is a sure way to teach them the power of WA, and has so far resulted in a high rate of signups. It's great to be able to help people, and make a little $$ in the process, right?
Anything I've seen online cost a TON of money - out of range for the average person.

I will keep it simple and have a look at Kyle's training a niche is just a group of people looking for a solution looking for something to buy. Generally I would keep it simple perhaps recommend used Yoast SEO plugin
Biggest advice is to take a deep breath and just speak from the heart. While your presentation needs to be professional, it's the passion people hear in you that will make them take action!
Thank you. It's not so much the speaking that I have an issue with, I give talks all the time, I just want to make sure I can convey the information, teach them some ideas, and leave them wanting just a little more ;)
