Sold Another Website Thanks to Wealthy Affiliate!

A week ago or so I posted about selling my first website. I'm happy to announce I have since sold a second website on Motion Invest! I think I'm on to something here and I couldn't have done it without the training that I received here at WA!

The site that I recently sold was on the market for less than a day as a matter of fact it sold within hours of being posted to the market. Same with the first site I sold. Now that I'm confident that I can flip websites that's exactly what my strategy is going to be moving forward. Sites will sell even if they are making little to no revenue.

People are hungry for prebuilt websites in their niche. The sites I sold are a few years old which helps because they are out of the "Google's sandbox phase." So if you plan on flipping websites I would recommend waiting for your website to be at least a year old before you sell.

I have about 15 more sites that I plan on selling and building more.of them. The site that I recently sold is called Football Crock Pots that was inspired by training that Jay put out years ago where he did a series of videos building out a niche website. The site Jay built is called https://footballsnackhelmets.com that is a niche website based around selling football helmet shaped snack bowls that are sold through Amazon. With the latest site that I sold the site centers around crock pots that have NFL team logos on them.

These types of websites are easy to put together once you get a system down.

So if you are struggling with affiliate marketing hang in there it does take time but if you keep at it you will find success! Well I hope you all have a great weekend and Labor Day here in the U.S.
