Get started with the training first thing. Don’t hesitate. Once you get started you’ll start to get a much better idea of how all this works :)
Hi Elizabeth,
I've been a WA member for 10 years.
It took me 6 months before seeing any profit.
I see you already have some replies. You can read more success stories here: 7 Years of Success Stories 2010 - 2017 ~Jude
I started making a little bit of money during the first month, more than double the second month. I have only been here two months. I finished the certification courses my 3rd week. You get what you put in. Add as many Ambassidors to your circle of friends and people been here a while because everybody helps one another. You need to build your first site while you are going through certification courses. Watch all the free webinars too.
It depends on what type of monetization you've chose. In my case, immediately on the following days I started making money with one of my websites, as I've chose Google AdSense. But the money isn't that great, pennies actually, but fits your question "how long did it take"?
In one of my sites dealing with direct sales, I picked a domain name "speedymlm" although in my mind, that's rarely achieved. My purpose is to cater to people who are in a hurry to make money and wanna teach them techniques and also mindset that people should not view these businesses in the short term.
Two questions I always encounter are, "How long have you been in this business? How much money are you making now?". It seems like people are always gauging, and if they sense magic won't happen, they won't spend time and money further. I wanna change that thinking with people, although I know that challenge is tough.
Now, I have a question for you to answer:
What if I told you it took me 1 year before I start making money from here, will you abandon your account here?
Businesses takes time to shape. Ask any business owner out there. Owner of McDonalds, Ray Croc. Or, Bill Gates, how long they've spent building Microsoft before they made their first money? I bet it's more than a year.
It's true that everyone will be different. It will depend on your niche as well. I have made some money on one of my websites due to being an affiliate of web hosting and a variety of smaller things like font bundles etc. Definitely, go through the training as I have learnt so much from it. In fact, before joining, I didn't even write reviews of the Affiliate programs I was a part of, that tip in itself was hugely helpful.
Question for people who have been with wa for a while?

I started 3 years ago. I made some money with 4 months. But I didn't see any real profit after about a year or so.
I'd recommend you stay away from the WA Bootcamp until you're more experienced. Go with your own niche. Take WA's OEC training.
