Judging Your Progress At WA

Judging one's progress at WA sometimes can be challenging especially for someone who has just started .Why should that be? Possibly because WA is designed differently than most things you have come across in your life. WA is in the TRUEST sense a learning institution like none we are used to. It is by design a place that someone can get involved at any level they want and never be pressured or graded by anyone in the organization. A place where questions can be not only asked but are recommended that you do and no one makes you feel foolish. No one pushing or pulling you to do things that make you uncomfortable just so that THEY will accept you as part of THEIR group. You are always accepted here no matter what level you are participating at. Not having to meet someone's expectation to earn a passing grade. This is not a pass or fail course, it simply is a learning environment that your constantly being supported and never graded by anyone. This is never a competition or race. It is a place where if you fall on the way to your destination someone will reach down and pick you up and help you get started again. There is no win and lose column. So don't worry about the rating and don,t worry about comparing yourself to where others are on the journey, or even what another person's work looks like. Just sit back and ask yourself AM I HAPPY and AM I SATISFIED WITH MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS SO FAR and if your answer is YES, then YOUR progress is exactly where you need to be!!
