More Great News

So I went to the doctor today and found out that I don't have to come back for three months and no more x-rays. My bone is growing back perfectly now.So this has been a long road and at many times a hard one but the community here has been so helpful and supportive when I needed it.For those of you who don't think this place is awesome or the training works just look into it in the search bar. It works.Coming to the end of day 9 also and still no smoking. So awesome you all are here helping

Who Likes Good News? I DO!

HAPPY FEETIt all started out on September 21, 2019,. Which for those of you that can add that up it's a hell of a long time until today right?So how many days is that then if you didn't add them up? No Smoking Day What?!?!?!

That was on Tuesday and today is Friday.I must say I am way more crabby or jumpy at my kids for the small stuff and catch myself when I do that. Why Give Up Now?That is really the question that I should ask myself when I decided to quit smoking. Why now why not next month or next year even?I learned something the other day that made me rethink my reasoning as to why I smoke at all. The doctor gave me the news that I may not be heeling my foot as fast due to smoking.So as of tomorrow morning, I have on left to smoke as I went to the doctor and got a prescription to help me quit, he told me to keep smoking for a few days until it starts
