Follow the rules
Who here loves to follow the rules and stay on the path to success. If it was my two kids there is no way that would happen. As in following the rules.
Most of us here have rules to follow and learn from at WA and also keep us in line when we are blog posts and asking questions.
If we didn't have rules where would we be in life at all. I have had the opportunity to learn the rules for this platform and think I may have forgotten some rules.
Talking about personal stuff is not what we are here to learn and discuss but sometimes the world just needs good people talking to good people.
I love that fact that nobody cares that I have blog posts about quitting smoking and which by the way it has been 49 days and wow does the time fly.
Rules are put in place for all of us to learn from and follow to help us get through life with ease and yet be able to enjoy everyday here.
State and Countrywide Rules
As we all know the world had the virus going around but the last few days for Wisconsin have been very interesting to say the least.
Everyday the governor has changed the rules on what can stay open and what can't. We need to relearn these rules while we are still living with the other rules.
My entire point of this is we all need to stick to the rules but sometimes these rules can change day to day and even by the hour.
I am happy to say that most of the world is very ready to change how they live to protect themselves in this crazy time.
I myself am a plumber here and love my job everyday. Just today the job site we are working on was shutdown and only the builders can be there. Then the plumbers by themselves and the heating guys after and so on.
Again a change in the rules has taken place and we are learn and adapting to protect the workers and also the job sites. Deadlines are in place and money can be lost if you do not make the deadline.
Sad to say I am happy with the idea of shutting down all job sites and only servicing the surrounding community until further notice but the job must go on.
Anyways my point is we all are back in school learning about the rules and continuing to improve on them and our lives.
I am hoping that you are all staying safe and enjoying the family time like my family is or isn't but I do still go to work and they are stuck at home. I also take the dog for a really long walk to get away from them for an hour. To many fights and they are all women.
Stay safe and I hope this has not put you right to sleep. Remember rules are here to protect us and if we can't follow them then we will see the punishments coming after.

I believe that some rules are meant to be broken. However, if there were no rules, what chaos there would be. I understand what you mean about this current situation though. Some of the rules are confusing and they are changing daily because no one has had to deal with anything like this. It will all work itself out though and we'll look back one day at this time in history and shake our heads.

Adapting to rules is a wise strategy both in the views one takes to go with them and not do so.
Of course it would be crazy to go against those that can be clearly seen to protect us and as you say sometimes even the people who tell you to follow the rules break them or change them as they see fit which reminds of the saying by Winston Churchill
Winston Churchill once said to a woman berating him for changing his position, “When the facts change, I change my mind. What do you do, madam?”

Yes, rules..."Your Papers Please!".
It depends on who is making the rules, and is it "really" for the "Greater Good" of us all? Purple kool-aid anybody?
I beg to differ. Everybody just swallows the mindless media/government narrative, "Hook, Line & Sinker"!
Has anybody done some really deep research past what "they're" telling you?
Compromising the lives of the whole country instead of Empowering the people to take control of their health with low-cost herbs and supplements "Proven" to kill the virus. Not just some "Pie in the Sky" idea.
Is anybody talking about Italy & China's political love affair of greed that started this whole thing?
Is anybody talking about the FACTS about Who, really, is at risk? They are the ones that should be quarantined! Not the Whole World!
Now I know we're all here because we're Free Thinkers, so I encourage you to step out of the "Status Quo" box and Ask Questions.
I will end with this...The Heavenly Father has rules and everyone says, "No we don't have to follow those rules!", but when man makes a rule, people can't bow down quick enough and lick his boots.
This was not meant to offend, but to move at least One person to Ask More Questions.

It really is amazing that they are making the entire state and even the country to stay in place. I don't think it is a bad idea and it will help to slow it down but may not stop it completely. Will it ever stop until everyone has the shot that they come up with. Thank you for the great words and comments.

Always at least two rules and then the rest are just guidelines for us to follow and then break and show them whos boss.

Hi Douglas, great post. Congratulations on 49days without smoking. You are obviously following your own rules. Well done.
Unfortunately, not everyone is sticking to the rules in the current situation.
However, when the rules can change by the hour it's difficult to keep abreast of the situation.
The population just have to use their common sense for their own safety as well as others and follow the rules.

We are all now forced to be in close proximity to our loved ones. I have a similar problem where I always get in the way. So I found a room in the basement where I am converting into MY CAVE. Sounds like you need something similar, find a separate room in the house for survival. Stay Safe Russ
