More Great News
So I went to the doctor today and found out that I don't have to come back for three months and no more x-rays. My bone is growing back perfectly now.
So this has been a long road and at many times a hard one but the community here has been so helpful and supportive when I needed it.
For those of you who don't think this place is awesome or the training works just look into it in the search bar. It works.
Coming to the end of day 9 also and still no smoking. So awesome you all are here helping me with your encouraging words and comments.

Wonderful, Douglas! I quit smoking when I was 21 and smoking was "trendy" back then mostly due to ignorance. Not anymore! There is so much information on what it causes to our lungs, stomach, colon and a lot of other organs. Stick to it, my friend, it is worth it, you are worthy of abundant health! Glad to hear that bone is healing so well. Nine days no smoking, that is good. Look forward to nine weeks, then 9 months, and then 9 years. You will be happy you stopped. You can do it and your wife will tell you that you smell much nicer.
