Why Give Up Now?
That is really the question that I should ask myself when I decided to quit smoking. Why now why not next month or next year even?
I learned something the other day that made me rethink my reasoning as to why I smoke at all. The doctor gave me the news that I may not be heeling my foot as fast due to smoking.
So as of tomorrow morning, I have on left to smoke as I went to the doctor and got a prescription to help me quit, he told me to keep smoking for a few days until it starts to work in your body.
It has been since last Saturday that I have been taking these pills and it really is disgusting tasting now and not sure why I have continued to do it all these years.

It is really hard to quit smoking and I have tried many times even in the last couple months of not working. I have my family backing me at home and showing me support in this new journey of better health and well-being.
I am in the search of some more help and support from you all as this is going to be hard but I can go through it easily knowing I have the support from all of you here.
If you smoke and want to quit or even don't want to quit you should at least take it into consideration looking up online the risks on your body.
Anyway I don't want this to be a long-drawn-out thing. I do want to thank you all for the support that you will give me and hope that I can quit without any issues.
One last thing this is my 15 post and its crazy how time flies here and how much great information I learn every day from other peoples posts.
Really the last thing I need to be happy about is my rank is now at 94. My site is also growing and thanks to you all and the greatest guys here our top 3.
