You can start with the training in the link I sent you or in the upper right corner click the green link and follow along with the training. I found it easy to watch the tutorials from my phone and follow along on my laptop.
None of us knew what we were doing when we started out...lol.
Follow the training. The lessons are building blocks. Do them in order and the pieces will start to fit together.
There will be a few challenges along the way, Donnalynn, but there is no limit to what can be accomplished with a little effort and persistence.
As Guy and Mel suggest, - I'll explain it a little differently: click on the Green Tab in the left menu - Certification - and start with lesson 1.
Addiction is a huge problem and you can make a positive impact on many people who are searching for help.
