I've found that little breaks every day are working best for me. I concentrate on writing for a while and then my concentration fades.

I find that short breaks of doing other things helps a lot. Then I can get back to writing and studying. That's working for me.

I like taking little breaks too. It helps clear my mind.

I use a free tool called Pomodoro.

You are right but I am really bad at doing it - I must build a routine that forces it. You have reminded me to do that - thanks. Kay

100% right. Too much work weighs a lot on the mind and it becomes tougher to work. Little breaks and resets help clear up the mind and help you focus on your goals David.

Good Idea, Dave!

Totally agree with your post and very appropriate for WA folks to practice. Have a great day.

Thanks! My little breaks today involve painting on my kitchen cabinets and a little woodwork. THese may span breaks for seveal days or weeks.

You are welcome. My breaks include walking Lexi my cocker spaniel, catching up on emails, and watch market news.

I agree. Little breaks help you regain concentration when you are losing it. However once your concentration is at its peak, make the very best of it.
