Learning Social Media Strategies
Finding a problem and offering a solution: How to approach new people about my business and products is a process I am learning. Instead of approaching them like they have to try this or that, I am learning to listen to find a problem that I may have a solution to.
Getting involved with too many social media sites: It is overwhelming to try to be involved with too many social media platforms at one time. Instead, I am learning to use the platforms that best suit my audience and I am most familiar with.
Building rapport with social media following: Interacting with the people that are commenting on my content is a way of building rapport, I am learning to comment or interact, even if I don't like the comment made or if it is negative.

Looks like you are figuring out a blueprint that will work for you Debbie, at the end of the day we need what works well for us. All the best.
When it comes to social media, you just never run out of things to do to maintain your online presence. I've thought about trying to find some outside help, myself. All I can afford right now, though, is an intern (or a volunteer.)
Social media is insane...but I do believe that FB is no longer the trendy place to be. They're not going anywhere, but I think Instagram and Pinterest are more appealing to a lot of people. Good for you realizing less is more with social media.
