Using Canva Smartmockups
So, have you discovered the new fun feature on Canva called Smartmockups?
Essentially, it offers you a huge variety of product mockups to which you add your own image of choice.
This could make your website look more like a brand, or you could create an interesting featured image or maybe use it for creating Pins.
If you have a logo, it would be ideal.
Let's see it in action.
Lots of categories to choose from. I have selected Home & Living.
Now, I am going to use the Pillows section.
As you can see, there are a lot of options, many more than I have shown here, but some of them are only available in Canva Pro.
Next, simply select the one you want to use.
Click the purple Select button, and if you have used Canva before, it will bring up all your previous designs.
Or you can upload a new one.
Here's the finished result, using a random image of somebody you may recognize...
Finally, download your new image, ready to use anywhere on your website, social media, etc.

I started playing with Smartmockups in Canva Pro a few weeks ago. It's pretty cool, but they need more mockup categories and a search bar on the image upload window!
I have to admit, Partha's face looks good on a pillow, but I was thinking more along the lines of a guitar mask for the hospital. 😊

I snickered at the last photo of the face on the pillow. That is awesome. Thanks for the tips. I hope the heat wave isn't too bad where you are. In the Pacific Northwest of USA heat wave coming next week. I have AC so that will be helpful. Hope your hubby is getting better. I will check out the Canva smartmockups, those photos sounds like a fun thing to play around with.
Hi Brenda, thankfully, the heatwave is over; it was utterly exhausting at the time! Tony's foot is slowly healing but still needs a stick to walk, and will be another month before he can drive. Guess I will be wearing this nurse uniform a little longer!

I use Canva a lot myself when creating YT videos. They have added a lot of new features which help complete your projects faster and produce more videos. I have a 3rd channel I started in May and I use canva for thumbnails. Sometimes I forget to do a thumbnail after I have started uploading a video on YT. So I go to Canva immediately and Canva really makes it easy for you. And yes, having a pro account will be advantageous to use the different features.
