Are you making any money and how long did it take to see results?
As for me, still busy with my website building especially the content. I did invited 1 person last 2 days and he sign-up on the same days. I am targeting people who want to learn about website building, how do make money online, how to work from home, basically people who are interested in something that bring benefits to them. I do my best to hit my target at least 50 by this year end. Just joined this month also. I'm also creating a list of persons whom I plan to invite personally. Hopefully, everything work well. If not, I'm keep on going and change my strategies until I get result and make more money in the process.
Thanks for the,i hope, straight & honest answer. I am seeing if i can get an idea of what to expect from promoting WA since i don't have my own business to promote & make money from. I Don't want to throw $359 'out the window',so-to-speak.
I wouldn't think of it as throwing $359 "out the window" See it as an investment in your business and your education. Having a business online or getting an education is no different online than offline. It takes money, time and investment. Chances are that it will take a considerable amount of time to get enough signups to make a good income, just guessing here, though it has been my experience so far when trying to get people to move from free to paid. It is as if a lot of people think building a business and making money online is easy and free . It isn't. It takes money, patience, perseverance, hard work and meeting the right people, which you have here at Wealthy Affiliate.
My sentiments exactly! High number of people online are looking for get rich quick schemes... "lay by the beach and rake in tonnes of money"... without providing any value.

For those promoting wa what kind of response do you get?
Are you making any money and how long did it take to see results?
Hi there,
We decided to promote WA due to lack of other niches at the time...it took a few months of hard work, but yes we do make money from it now. Not enough to quite my day job yet, but it's a welcoming extra income :)
my advice is to follow the training and do all the steps....and content content content...and you should eventually see monetary successes.
Have a lovely day!
cheers
Karina

I read jjohnson777's blog about this, but not sure if what he said is correct. If it is,i don't really agree or think it should be that way.Thanks.
Thanks so much for the reply KatieMac.Yeah, right after posting my question, which was really twofold,i clicked on my blue rank tab & got all the info.Still didn't get any clarification/reply on my 2nd question about what jjohnston777 blogged.I just may post a blog myself on the topic.Take care.
Thanks for the reply bestshop.I found the info shortly after asking my question yesterday,so my question (part 1) was answered.I do agree with the ranking system & its purpose.I still haven't seen a reply to my question about jjohnston777 saying/implying that the lower your rank # is the faster you get help or a reply to questions,& the higher your rank # the longer the response time you will have.I just may put together a blog on the subject for community discussion.
Hi Dennis, if you go look at your rank page. and look at the top 100, it shows you that they are ranked by.
Helper: 1, Creator: 2, Activity: 1. Thats Kyles, rankings factors. Its an acknowledgement of the effort put forth by members that are here, and the contributions they make. I have read that there are some kind of rewards for being high ranked, but I do not think thats what is really driving the people being ranked ;) . Best wishes on your endeavors
Thanks Drawshot.I just now found the info on the rank page ( didn't know it was even there ) & read it,so i understand it & agree with it. I am still not sure that what jjohnson777 said is correct about response time to questions depends on what your ranking is. Again,if that is correct,i don't really agree or think it should be that way.
