Entering week 3

It has now been three weeks since I first joined WA and I have gained a ton of knowledge when it comes to online marketing. My website is coming along in terms of content and overall look. I have also created profiles in different social media platforms and want to get more followers.
The things that I would like to work on moving forward are:
- Gaining more traffic
- Learning how to keep visitors coming back
- Learning the psychology of marketing
Are there any specific techniques that you guys use in terms of gaining traffic and keeping your visitors?
