Why aren't my facebook ads are not reaching anyone?

I have set a Facebook ad campaign to target a fairly broad audience (40.000 people)
I have set a $350 budget for 10 days (estimated daily reach -9,000
The only thing I can think of is that fb always review ads before starting the campaign, maybe it's a delay because of that. But 2 days seems a bit long. I can't think of any other reason........ If it continue you should get in contact with fb and find out what is going on.
I use MH Magazine and I am trying to make my logo in the header bigger. I already cropped it and resized to a rectangle but the header image stays to the left and the picture
I don't think you can make it any bigger than the recommended size for the specific theme you use. Perhaps there’s a reason for that. It could slow down your page load.

I downloaded the amazon ads plugin for my website and i am in the post text editor. I don't know where to find the plugin to past the text in. does anyone know how to use it?</
Is this WP Amazon Ads?
If so I would avoid it as it hasn't been updated for over 2 years so could be problematic
I use and recommend content egg plugin
If you want to see it in action my website is http://healthynatured.com
I use the grid feature at the end of each post but you can have the ads anywhere and ranging from 1 product to hundreds and as a grid or product description or product comparison or list
