FB readers are there mainly for social reasons, therefore their mindset is for quick and easy reading.
I have posted lengthy posts and virtually had no readers (several times) compared to every short post being viewed by many.
That is my experience with FB, and whilst I have not been an avid user of FB I believe that results from FB require constant (ie every day) posts to maintain attention.

I am writing content and as I write I am placing links in my content but when I Click on the link a black bar is coming up telling to edit or unlink. Is this becau
Links are suppose to work everywhere you put them, any kinda of site or blog...
They suppose to work even if it is a draft post, but not from the edit section (in your dashboard).
They work on your page (outside the dashboard).
Click on view post and you suppose to be able to click that link from that post you'll see that you just made.
Absolutely - they will work after you publish - it is referencing the site which only works on the upload

Here is some training from Kyle in the Affiliate Bootcamp that may be what you need:

I think along with you, I have no experience with this, but I think you need a plugin for different sidebars to your posts.
Something like: Custom Sidebars – Dynamic Widget Area Manager
So you can add different categories to your sidebar. All You Need to Know about Categories in WordPress
