So what up Peeps!

I hope everyone is progressing enormously and understanding all the great training we are getting here at WA.

After my intervention, I started looking at my business in a whole new way on a whole different level .

I decided to some research on a few words that will be playing a huge part in making my business successful. I also believe in "You don't know what you don't know" and this is the time I need to start knowing what I don't know and become more teachable and stop thinking I know. The minute you start saying you know you become un-teachable.

Definition of Motivation: Dictionary Version

• the reason or reasons one has for acting or behaving in a particular way.
• the general desire or willingness of someone to do something.

I read this definition and I was very disappointed with it, due to not enough substance for me to be motivate. So I stated digging more for a more relevant and motivating meaning of Motivation and this is what I found!

I once read "the concept of motivation refers to internal factors that impel action and to external factors that can act as inducements to action. The three aspects of action that motivation can affect are direction (choice), intensity (effort), and duration (persistence).

This meaning I can resonate with, just reading it out loud I was very motivate, but guess what, in order for me to really and truly resonate and understand this level of motivation I had to do one more search for a word I was not familiar with.

Definition of Inducements

• a motive or consideration that leads one to action or to additional or more effective actions.

After researching the word inducement the whole motivation concept was more understandable and giving me another word to research (Motive) which motivate me to be more motivated is every step or decision I make in be making in my business.

By-The-Way Motive will be my next word up for research. You may think everyone should know the meaning and understand these regularly use of words but you will be surprise.

But Wait I Have One more Word!

The big 70% word of my Business, and the word is Marketing!!!

Definition of Marketing

Wikipedia's definition

• Marketing is used to create, keep and satisfy the customer. With the customer as the focus of its activities, it can be concluded that Marketing is one of the premier components of Business Management - the other being Innovation.

Dictionary's definition

• Presenting products or services to
  potential customers in such a wayas to make them eager to buy.

Regardless of what the definition is says, they both are saying the same thing that marketing makes a successful business and your customers is king.

The reason am saying this, 85% of businesses fail due to poor marketing, I read just the other day that "Without marketing, you will not have any customers, who are you marking too.

I just to say that you are in the business of marketing so lets don't shy away for marketing and really and truly educate our yourself and understand what marketing really is to your business and who we are marketing too. If you can somewhat master marketing, your business and way of living will tremendously change.

Remember, we are in the business of marketing our product and services so join with me and boost your motivation level in all areas of your business!
