When I began my journey to spirituality and productive life, information about benefits of having a cold shower came to me from different directions and in numerous occasions.
At first, many subconscious programs that I had from my own family and surroundings screamed in my head. I thought that it was insane, that I'll catch a cold or something more serious... But some very respectable people in Infopreneurship world like Richard Branson, Robin Sharma and Tony Robbins preached about benefits of it and that they are doing it in their life.
So, I finely decided to exit my Comfort Zone and do it!

For the first time, I looked exactly like on upper picture, but after the first shock, feeling was AMAZING!
I was wide awake with mind sharp as a razor. Felt energized and rejuvenated.
That was eight months ago and since then cold showers is a morning "must have" for me.
Don't know is it just a coincidence, but in that period I haven't had any sort of illnesses.
So, once again, Exit Your Comfort Zone and Prosper!
