After being a member for only 1 month, this has impacted every area of my life. The genuine sincerity, kindness, and helpfulness of the WA Community is rubbing off on my relationships with employees and customers in my company (offline business) and relationships at home. I have always worked hard on my own self-improvement, reading and listening, absorbing as much as possible every day. But this experience here feels like it has opened an entirely new area of my brain. I feel like I went from the normal 10% use of my brain to about 15-20%. Experiencing much more clarity in business and life, especially life purpose (which has always been important to me).
In my business, I have ramped up my contributions and effort, providing more help to those who work with me. Taking on more of a leadership, counsel, and mediator role. My customers seem happier and easier to deal with. Problems and situations come up and they are resolved quickly and efficiently. Ideas come at an alarmingly faster rate now. I am excited to get to work and I don't seem to tire as easily.
My home life has never been an issue, but time and attention were. At home, I have been able to let go of work and focus on my wife and kids more. Again, I've always been able to, but now the time spent with them seems to be more sincere and passionate. Getting every moment and conversation I possibly can out of them with focused attention.
I am certain that this community - blogging, commenting, and helping others to succeed so sincerely - has opened up the creative side of my brain. I know I am a creative person. But over the years of corporate pounding, the analytical aspect and short-term mentality of today's business norm was blocking the creativity and ingenuity. I feel this is a huge detriment to society on a global scale.
What you have created here, WA Community, is an absolute blessing to mankind. You have restored my trust in people and my understanding of them. Let's hope this sincerity, kindness, and helpfulness spreads and heals the troubled lives on this planet, bringing everything back to the ultimate original purpose of life... creation.
