Is Global Moneyline a reputable List Builder ?
I notice a few Wealthy Affiliate people are members of Global Moneyline.
Is this a good vehicle to help with list building, or is it a potentially expensive waste of time ?
The free sign up does not seem to be of any real value. The first upgrade is a $20 bronze membership which is toe-in-the-water time, and which will, in all probability, not attract much (or any) traffic.
Next stage is $50 silver membership which allows members to have greater exposure to their "downline". You are able to advertise your products and services to a better standard, and once anyone responds to your ads, they are "on your list".
This is all well and good, but what is the standard and status of these people who "opt-in" ? Are they definite potential customers, or time wasters attracted by the word "free", which crops up on many of the ads.
Global Moneyline does not have a product to sell. It's only asset is the members and those joining from all over the world every day.
The Global Moneyline people tell you what a great business it is. The Google reviews tell a different story. Many of these, however, may be from people not advertising the right products or services in the right way, or disgruntled tyre-kickers griping because they haven't got something for nothing. Let's face it, even Wealthy Affiliate gets its share of bad press from time to time.
So is Global Moneyline a good additional method for attracting new customers, or another money-pit.
Any offers ?
Regards, Chris

Honestly, I signed up to the bronze membership $20 one time payment. In my opinion, it's trash. Yes, there are people who sign up to GML after me and yes I can message 20 of them at a time through GML's "system" (I don't get access to their email addresses unless I upgrade to another membership level) on the bronze membership (currently, I have 135440 in my "money line") BUT we're all there to do the same thing. Promote our businesses. And if we're all there to promote our own businesses, we really don't want those above us promoting theirs to us. We all want to make money.
Initially, I was misinformed about how it works. I thought at first that when I became a "member" that I could promote the GML upgrade to my downline. Ha! Right.
Oh no no no. Not at all.
Lesson learned.
I don't care if someone else thinks it's a great way to "get a list".
To me, it's crap.
That's the type of positive reply I was looking for. Someone who has been there and done it. Many thanks, Marsha. Best wishes, Chris
Sorry to join this thread this late since Chris' blog on GML. I was about to 'donate' my hard earned $20 to GML when I felt the urge to look it up here on WA.
I did nothing else today but watching video after video of GML and I am still not clear about how to make money there. The only positive thing about it may be the list building exercise, but there too, as you say, I am not sure it will work, as others are there for the same reasons as you: to promote their business. So no real genuine potential customers.
Yes, I soooo wish our Tony Hamilton could clarify. He seems to advocate it passionately as swears by its validity as a no-scam money making machine. But again, call me thick, but I cannot see how.
After your experience as a bronze member, I think I shall stay as a free member for a little longer after all.

Every second, going by 'those that came after me!!'
It stinks of pyramid building

There are so many of them now, 4 corners alliance, easy cash 4 u etc, all built in the same format as GML. All of them shinny objects which we should stay clear of.
Agreed. Thanks for your comment, Lanu. Hope your business is going well. Best wishes, Chris
