I need to increase the memory of my site. I;m not sure how to do it because online they say I need to go to C panel and configure it

Try the Support ticket they are very helpful
You need to change your PHP ini file in c panel or use FTP
Look it up on u tube I have the URL of the best video but WA want let me post a URL with numbers in it so I can not post the URL

I've had that problem too - but if it's a genuine request for help, then you could use services like http://goo.gl/ to shorten the URL to one that WA will accept.

@bazboy247 For future reference, Barry, if you put a space between YouTube and .com then you should be able to put in the rest of the url because it won't appear as a link with a space in it. The video probably won't help in this case as Chrisaly is using WA hosting and there is no access to a cPanel here. ~Marion

I have the same problem with memory, did you manage to get a solution, it is driving me crazy, cant get on for trying.
WA doesn't allow you to alter the Wp-php files and we also don't get access to a Cpanel here. I was told to extract the source of what i wanted to download and insert it in the FTP.
File a ticket and support can walk you through it since they are more experienced. :)

My domain and email is being hosted by Bluehost, after i changed the DNS i don't have to access my emails. Can i point to WA hosting instead?
Yes, just change the name server in bluehost and wait until WA picks it up. Then you can go ahead and set up your email here too.
if you have emails and domain name servers at Blue Host you only need to change the name servers to point to WA and leave the MX records (email) where they are...sorted!
Go to Build my Website then at the top in blue blocks check emails. I think you can change it there.
