My Biggest Revenue Day Ever on Amazon: $372 Sold!
Hi All,
Just wanted to share some success. Yesterday was my biggest day ever from a revenue standpoint and I'm proud of that fact. Even though I earn way more at my dayjob right now I am starting to see how this can scale.
Yesterday my site had 39 clicks and 17 ordered items off of Amazon for a total of $372 dollars in revenue. Given my niche my average payout is somewhere around the area of 8% which means a payout of somewhere around $29 dollars.
To give you context, my site is about 1 year and 1 month old. The first six months I saw practically zero traffic and barely earned anything the until the 10 month mark.
As for general traffic to the site, I saw 74 organic clicks yesterday up from 0 the same day in May of 2017.
You CAN make this work. But it will take time and testing and dedication. Good luck everyone. Feel free to ask any questions you might have, I'm happy to answer.

Great results Craig - it just shows you that by persevering you finally are getting good results.
I just wondered how many posts you have written so far ?
Thanks for sharing
Mark.
Somewhere in the area of 125. But I will call out that at least 25 of those were never intended to drive organic search traffic and that the bulk of my traffic comes from my top 5 posts.
Wow that's a lot of posts. I've only managed to write 13 so far 6 months in, probably get around 6 unique visitors a day and only a few clicks
I know I need to pick up the pace a bit - it's good to see how other people are doing to give you some motivation.
Good luck for the future.
I would say that the first 50 posts I made were almost completely useless and didn't rank at all. To some extent I might be better off deleting them rather than keeping them around...Hard to say.
Amazing, nice work Craig. That is a nice stat line, 74 organic clicks to your website, 39 clicks to Amazon, 17 sales and $372.58 in revenue.
Your journey is consistent with many, but as you are probably coming to understand that the time and energy you invest into your business in the early stages always pays off later (and often times forever).
Keep up the great work!
