I have contacted Kyle, but it is the weekend and I’m sure that is why I haven’ heard back from him. I don’t think I could or should delete this account until I can get back into my other account so I can get today’s payment transferred to it. This is the second or third time I have seen the site just magically “disappear.” I will keep you posted and let you know when I am ready to delete this account.

hey hi Craig --- sounds rather a wee bit too much ....
suggest first of all to go and check all of your account settings by clicking on your WA Profile picture>>Account Settings>>Subscription Settings> Billing / Membership / Payment and complete each section- prompts as needed to make all the necessary account corrections ....
then, if after all that, and your issues remain, then suggest, contact Kyle or Carson for a resolution ...
hope it all works out for you ... cheerio ... :)

*** glad to be of help & you're most welcome --- just so you know, pretty much everything is on this WA platform in working through it all .... and if you have a chance -- perhaps this 11 min. posted video on Important Stuff by a wonderful WA member, will help you get around the platform better, too! ... Important Stuff at WA and by the way, you might want to ensure that your account set-up is complete so that everything does work well for you here -- it looks like you're a Premium member and suggest you need to put a Profile picture of your choice (even a WA selection) versus what we call a 'numbie' that shows right now ... chuckles ...

WA holds on to your website and content for 30 days. If it's still there, great! Upgrade that account to premium and you can pick up where you left off. If your site and content aren't there then you might as well just start fresh here with this new premium account. Meanwhile, once that's taken care of, you can stop billing over here and message Kyle from that other permanent account to explain everything that happened.

Hey Craig :) When you created this new account and then upgraded to premium, it obviously upgraded the current account since the system wouldn't know that you meant for it to upgrade an old account. To upgrade the old account you would simply need to log into it, and then upgrade. Depending on how long that account has been dormant, though, your old website and content may no longer be there. WA holds on to your website and its content for 30 days after you close an account.

"If for some reason you are cut off, unable to make payment or need to take a short break and come back, you can easily resubscribe and reconnect your membership here at WA. You can use the following link to reconnect your membership:

We do host your websites for 30 days beyond your membership being cut off so if you want to retain your websites, I highly suggest you do that within this period of time."
that doesn't actually answer his question as to where his website is. The more important question I think in Craig's mine is where is up to in the training. I don't know that they will restore this but surely you can find where you were and go on from there

So we are still given the opportunity to backup / migrate all of our websites in 30 days.
