Do you think teaching the genetic history of man kind in schools around the Globe could contribute to -Building a better World?

Without naming names or pointing out I know there are masses of people who would not be happy to know their origin.
Personally, I think it would be a very good idea but if it would help to understand and accept each other better knowing we have the same roots? I do not think so.

Thanks for your comments. There is a reason why I added the comment about psychological help. we have to help save the world and not continue to destroy each other; I am looking at one sector of people at the moment who are very weak with attitudes towards each other. It disturbs me. One world one love.I remember doing civics in primary school, I don't think it is on the curriculum anymore.. Stay well

All the pollution in the air and water, the men made foods with toxins, additives etc etc make us humans less human. Back to nature would make people more balanced and peace loving.

I believe it is so. Not only formal but even informal ones which starts at home, the school and church.
When I think of the church and negative consequences; it would be nice ti introduce a new focus.. Education comes first in the homes and schools.Thanks for the visit.
Maybe that's an isolated case. I know people who have taught their children go to church and learn from the Biblical teachings made a great difference. life's views and principles.
I grew up in the church, my whole family were church going people; the foundation did us well, out of the 11 of us only one sister is still grounded in the church, we still believe, but?
Ok, we do have different experiences and we have different responses and reactions.
If you are already grounded in the word of God you can share that in your home.
To the point, I would agree that teaching genetic could help because we will understand the different situations we have especially particular traits, illnesses, and others.
You can teach it but I doubt they could learn it. Kids aren't learning much in school now. Sad.

You are right,, schools need a new look, a local teacher just wrote a book-Broken Cords- that highlights the failures in our local education, but I am sure Teachers in any community can write a similar book.Best wishes.

Wouldn't the prejudicial/ racially challenged thinking folks be amazed at where their roots come from?
