Beware of scammers, they'll tell you the opposite.
Sure you can hear success stories of people reaping rich rewards from ventures they didn't exert much effort. But let me tell you the truth about those quick successes...
...they are lies!
Yes, they are lies in the sense that they don't honestly reveal what it took them to achieve those massive quick success.
Some marketers, in their wanting to recruit you to their opportunities, will lie on your face just to get you. I know that, there are many of them out there telling me...
"Hey, I was with WA before, it really takes so much work before you can see good results with that business. If I were you, better leave that company and join me here."
Little did I know that the proof of success the guy is showing me was attained with a little cheat. Yes, cheating in the sense that he was able to achieve it using MONEY.
You can take shortcuts using MONEY.
Paid ads, baby. Like for example, buying solo ads.
But mind you, that person showing thousands of dollars in commissions, there are probably hundreds of people under him struggling.
You can't hear their groan because they don't know how to complain. But trust me, soon, once they learn how to blog and write reviews, they will voice out their negative experience of being ripped off.

Wealthy Affiliate is one of the few sites on the internet that honestly teach their members what it really takes to succeed online.
There will be plenty of hard work waiting for you, but at least, we won't milk you selfishly. Here, you can substitute working hard building your websites to spending money. And to me, that's a safer route.
If you are referring people to the affiliate program here, you may sometimes encounter people who will discount your association with Wealthy Affiliate as a "poor man's choice".
It's okay. Let them label us "poor affiliates" for now. Let them avoid us for the reason that, what we do here seems like WORK. Later, vengeance is ours!
There's another quote that says, "The best revenge is massive success".
Work hard, build your online business, and aim for a massive success.
It will come. Trust me, it will come.
This is not a "get-rich-quick" program but rather, a "get rich slowly but surely" business.
Just take a search for stories here in WA with a tag "success", you will find plenty of success stories here. Not just ordinary success, but massive kind of success!

Great post, and great company we are with. WA provides the vehicle for us to get to our ultimate goal of a successful online business. I love it!! Sometimes I feel like I am behind however there are little wins along the way to let me know that I am actually moving forward.
Great post. WA is true to its roots. They are here to help you help yourself. If you are not willing to put in the effort - then WA is not for you. Well - I suppose it can be as you will gain knowledge just by being here, but success takes effort!
Success takes effort. Lots of it, especially if you're competing against established names. But if you have the persistence, if you are determined, no matter how tough the competition is, you are assured you will reap rewards that are due to you.
