Why not me?
We're all climbing the mountain of WA. Some of us are just starting our climbs. Some of us have been at base camp for a while. And some are already at the summit of the mountain. They know what they're doing and are achieving their goals.
I have been so very thrilled to cheer the success and progress of my many friends and followers here in the World of WA. It's amazing to see what you've been able to accomplish. For some, it's taking a while, for others, not long at all. Each time a web site is indexed. Each time a post ranks. Each time you make a sale, I'm cheering. I am genuinely happy and excited for you. I like to see friends and colleagues succeed. Nothing pleases me more...except maybe me being successful as well.
Why not me? It is simply not my turn .... yet. (Ooooh, that word again!) I started out at a different place on the playing field. I have a different skill set, different background, different mind set, different issues that make it more challenging for me. It is what it is. And it's ok. I can only be me, just like you can only be you. And we are all ok. It doesn't matter where you start. What matters is that we started. And how cool is that?! Do you know how many people are afraid to start or simply don't even try because the goal line seems so far away?
There's the old story about not wanting to start a degree that will take years to complete because the individual will be so much older by the time they wouid finish. The reality is that they will be that age at the time with our without the degree in hand. So why not invest the time well with the rewards that come with it?
The good thing is that we know there is a goal line, a point at which we will start scoring.
I know I'm a whole lot closer to it than I was. I'm sure you are too, if you've put in any kind of effort into this at all. I'm learning more each day. I'm publishing to my web site. I'm interacting with the WA community - and what an amazing bunch of folks are hanging out in the World of WA!
These folks would be worth the price of admission, if I never made a dime! Some of the friends I've made in a few short weeks, I hope to take with me the rest of my life. I love cheering their success. And I know they will cheer for me as the time comes.
So why NOT me? Why not, indeed! It will happen. I'm putting in the effort with the faith in WA and all that it offers that my efforts will be rewarded. Each day is a day closer for me as well as for you. And I will be cheering your success when that day comes!
Cheers!
Christine

Thank you Christine, I needed something like what you just blogged. I try to do as much as I can but we all have other must do chores . . . But when I get back and logged in. I tried to do as much and sometimes even work past 12 midnight.
All you can do is all you can do. Things come together. Sometimes it takes longer than we would like, but it still works! Appreciate your taking time to read my humble offering and dropping a note. Looking forward to cheering your success that I know will be just around the corner.

Another excellent post Christine!
I mean if you think about it... in no other career field do the incoming beginners compare themselves to the veterans and expect to be immediately at their level than affiliate marketers do.
I also agree with you about the community here... that alone is worth the price. ;)
Thank you for sharing your insights. Its always a pleasure to read what you have to offer.
have a great night!
jeff
Exactly, Jeff! Just running my own race here, trying to be honest with my limitations and expectations. Know that doing the work will get the rewards. Thank you so much for checking in and for the kind words. Always good to hear from you.
Have a great evening!

Hi Christine.
Thanks for writing this post. I needed to read this. I've been feeling left behind, so your post has encouraged my heart to continue on forward. My time is very limited with home activities but it's true, i'm closer than I was before.
Best,
Dee
Hi, Dee! I'm so glad you found something to hold onto in this piece. It's kind of what I've tried to focus on with this side. Just run your own race. There's no time limits. We WILL get there. Every day and every step is one bit closer.
Thank you for joining me on this great adventure. Looking forward to connecting with you more as we go down this amazing path.
Have a great evening!
Christine
Cheers to you for your great posts! I may not be where I want to be, but I'm so thankful I'm not where I was...especially before I found WA and the wonderful people here like you. Thank you for your cheers. Cheering for you as well!
Gerri
Love it, Gerri! We are so much further than we started out and on the right path with great company. Not sure you can ask for much more! Thank you for checking in and taking time to read my humble musings. Have a great evening!

Cheering you on Christine. You are a great friend and terrific support.
You will get there because you won't give up.
You used one of my favourite sayings.
"It is what it is"
My husband always adds "deal with it!" 🤣😎
Lily 😊
Thank you, Lily! Greatly appreciated! Thank you for taking time, as always to read my humble musings and dropping a note. One of my other favorite sayings is 'get over it and get on with it.' Annoyed the heck out of my kids as I wouldn't let them fuss about things and situations for long. Thanks again!
Christine
Yes Christine, it will happen. I've been watching you and your progress. You're doing the right things. You have the right attitude. Your willingness to help others, even at the possible cost of your own progress.
Yes, you will succeed!

Excellent post Christine. I must say I can relate.
I'm still climbing the mountain of WA.
Thanks, Mick. I feel like I'm holding at a base camp right now, gathering the knowledge, strength and game planning to make the next stretch of the mountain. Looking forward to seeing the view from the peak with you!
Christine
I feel the same. See you at the top.
I'll bring the champagne!!
