This is how I know to get to the HTML page:
1. Website
2. Site Manager
3. Log In
4. Log In Now
5. Appearance
6. Widgets
7. Click on Widgets
You will see Custom HTML

I'm thinking of moving my domain to either bluehost or godaddy because my site has not been viewable for almost 2 months now. I have friends who are periodically checking site
Contact site support. I personally blame your theme or a plugin it has nothing to do with hosting here at W.A. It seems you have a plugin that is causing conflicts..

You don't have to put up with that for months Site-support here are amazing. Infact they put my own internet provider to shame here in the UK.

I don't understand why it's taking so long to load, however I would definitely get a hold of sight support. I had a problem of my sight not being found, and they took care of it for me. I hope everything works out because it isn't a better platform on this planet. May Prosperity be always with you.
It's not up for me either. What is the domain status showing under Websites > Site Domains? Also what do you show for your site under Websites > Site Manager?
It's hard to help you out without some more details. Have you opened a ticket with Site Support? If not, do so under Help Center > Site Support.
