So Many Niches and Nothing To Write About

I have had so many people tell me that they just don't know what to write about to keep fresh content on a regular basis. Content can be a rather challenging task at times for sure; but I have a few pointers that may be useful.

First of all, finding keywords or keyword phrases relevant to your niche is very important. I won't go into detail about finding keywords here because there are already so many great tutorials and resources here at WA covering this topic. Once you have several quality keywords or phrases, writing can be simplified.

I have found that if I am stuck or having writer's block, I can typically get inspiration by researching topics about my chosen keywords. Building content around keywords is a great way to add quality content regularly. For instance, I have a site called Crochet Basics. If I need to add a new post, I have many options to write about like stitch techniques, yarn selections, crochet hook styles, recent projects or patterns, and the list goes on. I can take any of these topics and search for a strong keyword. Then research places like crochet magazines or online yarn shops to get more information on my keyword.

After doing a little research, I always find plenty of information on current trends within my niche. I can then write a post, or even create a new page sometimes, using what I have learned. So the next time you are stuck and have no idea what to write about, give this approach a try and see how it works for you.
