Generate Writing Ideas With Free Content Research Tools
One of the most frequent questions I get asked is "What should I write about on my website?"
Well you want to provide your visitors with content that meets their needs or their wants, or teaches them something or provides them with lots of useful and accurate information or solves a problem for them.
But how do you find out what they want?
Of course the internet is awash with pages and pages of information, reviews, blogs, discussions, questions and answers, news, product announcements, comments ... for you to research, but that can often feel a little daunting. One solution to avoid information overload is to use one of the free content research tools available and learn to simplify your research activities.
Shown below are just a few examples of the tools available - some which you are probably already familiar with and others perhaps less so.
Don't try to use them all - just find the ones that suit you.

Yes - I use Google alerts. I like some of the others simply because you get the chance to see more of what's around.
