Probably just a quick fix, but I've looked everywhere on the site (except where the answer is) and can't find my answer. My front page is a sample page from when you first get

You have got to make sure that whatever page you want to show as your home page or welcome page,in other words the one you want people to see first is assigned to the menu section.Go to appearance and then to the menu - tick the box which is on the lh side this means you will be including the page you want into the menu;by clicking on the left button you can move the menu boxes around - put your page to the top and then go to customize. This will open a ladder down the lh side of the screen,go to page tick the static box and then save. When anybody goes to your site it will open on the page of your choice.

Thanks for the help!

Hmmm...I don't have comments on the bottom of my pages! I must have been sleeping through some of this course!

Sometimes I just have to talk to myself out loud! The comments section is being covered in the next section of Bootcamp! I'm ahead of myself again! lol

I am going to try to answer this. If I am not mistaken you have to change what your static front page is. You want to go to appearance > customize. This will take you to where you can customize you theme.

On the menu you should be able to see static front page. Click on that and change your front page. You can also change where your blog is. I had the same problem and this seemed to change it.

I hope this helps and good luck.

Oooo...thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I knew it was something simple but I just couldn't find it!

It took me awhile to fix this myself. It was simple yet elusive. I am glad i could help

If there a page you do not want go to your dash board click on pages put a tick in the page you don't want and trash it.

The problem was that the page wasn't showing up. Thanks for the input, the problem is cleared up! Yeah!
