Beware of falling in to the "what you like trap" what do your future customers want, what will influence them to stay on your site
You are not marketing to you, you are marketing to them
Biggest mistake newcomers make is called "Me Marketing"
Try to learn what your target audience wants and feels, what are their problems and how can you solve them

ya that could be too. some people have it embedded right into their theme. idk why they do but...
It should automatically go away when you purchase a domain name for your website. However if you're using a wordpress theme, that information will stay at the bottom of the page

if you created a website for a client, do you give out the wordpress logins? but they dont know anything about IT stuff
or do you still have to manage it?
Personally, I wouldn't put too much time into managing. Put it in their hands and if they need your service in the future, maybe you can offer discounted rates for performing additional work.
If you take responsibility of managing them all.. You will be way over your head with work. Unless of course, you are able to build a team doing this and grow a large company from it.
Clarification:
Lets say I make a website for a local shop for 250 uk money. is that too cheap? its totally wordpress based
and after its done... if they want to control it. what to do? so hand the reins? is that acceptable..surrender the logins to them....
or what is best in this scenario?
tell them that i can maintain it...upload and update...promos. 50 uk pounds a month? or 30
what if i offer to maintain it and blog for it and do internet marketing for how much a month? 150 or 200 pounds?

it depends on how "premium" you want to make it
£250 is cheap. If I were to charge that it would literally be a theme and customization with an ecommerce plugin.
They pay you for the site and hosting so they own it so you hand over all access. Your the designer only, they pay you to design, perhaps set up and manage but you don't own the design / hosting / domain etc
if you have a reseller account you should be able to set separate sign ins for the hosting otherwise that may be awkward should they want access after paying for hosting
Yes you give the logins but it's also up to you to teach them how to use it or charge them a monthly maintenance fee
To help with lowering time for training them you can produce video tutorials for them and ongoing support should they need you.
I'm not sure about WA though? I think they may be limited for you, not reseller

so id have to manage it right? unless itts just basic static...few pages no need for constant updating unless they want to put some updates like their products or promos..thats chargeable on my end? so how much to charge? per hour?

Hi - if you're hosting your websites here, they are only for you to manage - they are not to be resold on to clients to manage for themselves (goes against the WA rules) - plus giving out admin logins to people who don't know what they're doing, is asking for trouble.
If you're hosting elsewhere, and the hosting allows it, you could give them contributor logins, where they can add posts etc - very limited compared to admin logins.

it depends on weather you are going to be the one maintaining it, If they paid you, or if you are not able to work on it any more, I have built a couple of site for some people but I was the one who was doing all the work so no I didn't give them that information until I couldn't do it any more then I gave them everything so the new person that was going to work on it could get into the Cpanel, does that help.
