I'm setting a FB page for my MMO site. Is it allowed for us to use WA banners as our profile picture?
Thanks in advance for the answers

Can we use wa banners as our fb profile picture?

My question to you is WHY would you want to? The purpose of social media and FB in particular is to be social and build an audience for yourself if you are promoting a business of some sort. People don't want to interact on FB with a banner. They want to interact with a person. So you should use your own image.
Thank you so much Mary
Personally I don't easily accept friend request with different picture not their own. I trust people I see their faces clearly.
You clearly made the point here.
God bless you
Yes, exactly! Most people don't trust profiles that don't have the person's image. And so if you won't trust it from someone else, why would you want to create your own profile without an image? Glad that you are seeing that point, as it will make it much easier for you to connect with legitimate people online and to grow trust for your own brand.

I'd love to feature articles of my children on my website. Is it right? And is it legal?
I appreciate everyone's thoughts on this.
Great question! Something I have done and actually took from other bloggers on Instagram is to refer to my son with a nickname, so his Proper name is never mentioned. We use the nickname we had for him when I was pregnant but obviously it depends on how old etc they are, but that may be better than using real names
Hello Adam and Em,
Thanks for the nice reply. As proud parents, we always tend to talk a lot about our children to anybody...hehe
God bless you,
Chuna
For me, I include them sometimes as part of my conversation depending on my intentions of engagement, just short phrases related to my topic but not the sensitive information such as their reals names, where they go to school, or where they are during the day. We don't want people to know their whereabouts.
Anne
That's true, Anne
Happy to read all your comments. My doubts are cleared.
Thank you so much.
God bless you,
Chuna
You're welcome Chuna, glad you got the answers you need from the thread. God bless also.

It's legal, they are your kids, but think carefully about the information you choose to share. Once it's out there, it can never be clawed back. Some of their privacy disappears when you do so. I know countless bloggers who have chosen to do so and been quite successful with this, but they have always been careful about what they share. As long as you do that, I think you'll be fine.
Hi Jeannine,
Thank you so much for the insightful answer.
Really appreciate your immediate response.
God bless you always,

Hey, As someone trained in child protection here are a few pointers.
You have the final say as you are a legal parent and so you sign off authorisation for that on your blog. As a media provider I would consider the following if you were working with me as a third party
Some guidelines,
Avoid surnames ( biggie) or naming in anyway if he or she could identified in a wider content if you are concerned. First names are preferred.
Could this lead to the child being the victim of fun if the website was to get wider circulation so victim of bullying etc
Could the address of the child be located in anyway?
Is the child ok with it?
These would be my guidelines but as I say you are the parent so I am taking a third party view from my training. Hope that helps.
This is not to stop you , only guide you. Thanks Phil
Hello Phil,
Am so grateful for your answers. And yes, we would not like our children to be victims of bullying in whatever manner.
Thanks for the insights and guidance.
This will help all parents reading this.
God bless you,

May I ask the Site Support Team to please help me transfer my website to WA platform please.
If it is a WordPress website, then yes, you can contact SiteSupport to assist you with this.
Thanks Chrystopher. Yes that was the advise of Kyle, and I clicked the sitesupport team link, and posted this question. How should I directly contact the sitesupport team? Please assist. Thanks a lot
You need to click on help centre and select SiteSupport. Then choose the appropriate website that your query is about. If you do not have a website at WA yet, not even the free siterubix.com subdomain, then you will need to create a website before contacting SiteSupport

It's a good question. Others have already answered you. It is about learning, helping others as you can in different ways and by doing that you are developing yourselves in many ways also. That is what I see on my side. When my rank is rising or fall I know that somehow I am not doing good enough or I am doing good.
Hi Chuna, it is kind of fun seeing your ranking change. Posting, being the first to answer questions, welcoming new people on the dashboard and helping changes your rank.
There isn't a money gain but learning to communicate online is a great skill to learn here.
Wishing you great success

Hi Lily,
Thank you so much. It's always nice getting clarified. I agree with you and enjoy immersing inside WA.
God bless you,
Chuna
Interesting mine seemed to jump naturally. I like contributing as a "value"which fits my business and being part of the community is helping my productivity overall . It also helps my learning. I remember the welcome I got when I joined, it was important. I guess paying it forward it part of my living and this then gets reflected in your ranks. I see the ranking system as a byproduct rather than an end in itself.. enjoy .
hey hi Chuna & welcome to Wealthy Affiliate Premium!
Good question and all questions are good ones here ...
This very question by you has been asked by many members before you ... and it looks like you've got a super discussion thread of replies going here for you ....
WA rank is primarily an appreciation of members for their activity level such as welcoming new members, commenting on blogs, posting et al.... WA is comprised of an awesome community of members from around the world! ... so it's all good! ...
keep well, stay strong .... all the best, cheerio ... ⭐️😊⭐️...
Thank you very much Keishalina. Indeed, we are blessed to be part of this community of super-generous and helpful people.
Cheerio,
Chuna
It's simply how active you are in the community. I help out a lot and create content for my WA blog so I get a top 100 rank, others do more and make it to Ambassador where I have been twice so far. I do warn people to wait until their site is making decent money before trying for higher ranks because it takes a lot of time and effort not being put into your business for a rank that pays you nothing but satisfaction that you have helped so many.
Hi Andy
You make an important point here. We need to not distract ourselves from focussing on creating quality content for our own sites.
Thanks and best regards
Andy
