Are you well compensated
Ralph Waldo Emerson was the first great mind to write an essay on the Law of Compensation. Earl Nightingale later simplified this exciting and yet understated law into everyday language.
There are THREE principles that this law operates on. It states that the AMOUNT OF MONEY or GOODS you receive in life is in direct RATIO
1.To the need for what you do;
2.Your ability to do it; and
3.The difficulty there is in replacing you.
The world is changing dramatically every day, competition high and people are looking for services that cover the above 3 principles, albeit subconsciously.
We need to ask ourselves every day:
- How effective am I in what I do?
- How am I continuously improving the service I render?
- Am I continuously improving myself as a person?
The potential in each of us is unimaginable. Before you blame the economy, the market, governments, circumstances, are you applying the Law of Compensation in your approaches?
Let the Law work for each of us my good friends :)

Very astute observations Chuka, and you just took all of our excuses away. Thanks for sharing.

But who doesn't like to blame the economy? It absolves us of all responsibility and we can stay broke because we have a reason now.
