No, I'm not asking to buy your blog. I'm just curious, if someone offered you "X" amount of money would you sell your blog right now?
Maybe no since it might be my passive income stream for a very long time, and the total sum of $$$ will be higher than the over.
And, people will not use the money wisely when you suddenly get a big amount of money just like people that won the lottery, right?
Matt
Some people would be very smart with a lump sum payment and pay off debt or invest it. Others would probably waste it. Each person is different.
A sale of anything is designed to leverage one's financial situation. So selling anything at this point in time depends upon individual situations. If we are financially loaded, why sell anything not worth all that much? But if we are on 'dire straits'...that is a different story.
If selling anything means I will be able to eat the next few days, sure. We definitely cannot eat our blogs and websites but we can eat food from our sales.
Just an opinion.
We here in the U.S. are still the most stocked nation in terms of food at this time. The most loaded pantries, the most packed refs and freezers in the world. Hoarding is insane and senseless.

Well, Maybe my platform blogs but not anything from my websites. Put my heart and soul into both of them and the topics hit close to home, so no on that front.

Hi, Chuck I know where you come from. One guy in my country had property site, 1 400 square meters. Property developers approached him with a offer to buy. Purchase price was $115 000. It was a lot of money those years
Today the property and others were developed. Shopping Mall (Mall OF AFRICA) has been recently erected, at a cost of R5 BILLION ($ 249 MILLION)
Anyone who wants to buy my blog, I don't have problem. If he/she purchase it. Every profit he/she generates with the content must pay me 5% lifetime royalties
