If you want the entire domain to be a shopify store then you would just need to change your nameservers from WA's nameservers to shopify's nameservers.
If you just want a subdomain to be your shopify store you would need to create a CNAME which WA hasn't implemented the ability to do. You can work around it by doing subdomain forwarding: Possible CNAME Workaround Using Subdomain Forwarding However, ultimately the shopify URL would appear in the URL using the subdomain forwarding technique.
Thank You. In general I just want to use Shopify as the go to site to add products on my website to sell, but I want to stay with WA and have them secure my site etc..

I know there was another member who was using WA to do a Shopify site, but when I was looking into the commission of Shopify, I thought they were really low... 2%.
WA has the best training for making a full time online business and I think you can make way more money in the long run with an authority Niche Site compared to a Shopify site.
