I wish life was like being in the Wealthy Affiliate Community
Having spent the last couple of weeks inside Wealthy Affiliate in such a helpful environment it makes me wonder how other people can go through life in such a selfish manner.
I wish life outside was like being inside Wealthy Affiliate
I have always been a helper and often put other people and their needs in front of mine and so joining this awesome community has been a breath of fresh air to me.
Having come from another community where I found people were only willing to help me with my struggles if I was on their team and being left floundering like a child with armbands in the shallow end wanting so desperately to go and swim with the big children in the deep end I find the helpfulness of all the members in this community to be outstanding.
I love the fact that although money is mentioned in peoples blogs is is not usually in a bragging manner and more often than not out of surprise and amazement that this amount has reached their bank account! Previously I was subjected to an almost daily ritual of people talking very loudly about how many leads they had generated, how many sales they had made and how much they had earned so far this year. It actually began to repulse me!
It is also extremely refreshing to not have people constantly offering free training with the hidden agenda of an expensive training course at the end of it.
I wish life could be created into a game environment similar to that of the Wealthy Affiliate community.
A community built on standards and helpfulness where people are rewarded for being kind.
Imagine who the rich would be if kindness was calculated in points like a child's computer game score!
How different would your town look if it were a Wealthy Affiliate community.

The best part is that no one benefits financially from helping each other here although the end result is to be financially independent.
it's a genius system in here without a doubt.
There is alot of knowledge and techy stuff in here that people can share and do so freely and from my point of view especially I have been given so much help from people with no hidden agenda :-)

well you have not been here that long yourself Michael and its great to see that you have settled in so well so quickly and just goes to show what can be achieved. :-)
So when we here you talk about freedom, like a blog named - I'm Free (wasn't that the WHO) then we'll know what your talking about. No worries about bragging on this end any time soon
Totally agree Cath, I have had so much help and encouragement in just 4-5 days of being here.
I got such a huge welcome it was a tad overwhelming as I didn't realise at the time that people were being genuinely friendly and not about to try and sell me something lol
But I soon realised that it was genuine and when people say ask if you need any more help they really do mean it :-)
Yes I agree. I came from a community where people were promoting their products and getting the insiders to purchade what they had. Very frustrating bit this community is vastly different. Loving it here
We are under a new destiny now. We can fly high because we have the right support.

I too came from another program where all you ever heard was "How much money" people were making.
I've only been with WA for 2 weeks but I am finding the community here to be one of the strongest selling points of this platform.
I do agree that sometimes people need to give social proof of why they are where thy are and justify the authority that they have but sometimes you just want to tell them to shut up!
I am in this for the freedom it gives me, the money is what gives me the freedom. I prefer to talk about the freedom :-)
