The Best Time To Launch A Brand - Begin With Your End In Mind
When you join Wealthy Affiliate (WA), you may often read or be told that you should focus on your business and websites and not invest too much time in our WA Community.
You may also become conflicted because you see other WA Members blogging away here, rising in rank and gaining a bucket full of Followers.
'Pay-It-Forward' is the mantra but, to do that, you have to spend time here, network with fellow Members, do training, as questions and support.
Many of you must have wondered if there is a way to marry all of this and be successful. It is something that occupied my mind for quite a while until I stumbled upon an "Ah ha!" moment.

You may have read some of my previous posts which highlighted the research being done and the trial and error taking place. In the past few months, my WA content and the content in my websites have been attracting exponential growth.
My online income is steadily increasing and last week I was pleasantly blessed with the gift of WA Ambassadorship. It was not an immediate goal but I am happy to wear the badge for the time that it is bestowed upon me. Nothing will change. I continue to give back in the same way that I have learned to receive.
What a good time to launch a brand, wouldn't you say?
If You Do Not Know Where You Are Going . . .
. . . any road will get you there.
If there is one lesson I will keep reiterating and want to share with you now, it is to take your time. Many of you begin this journey without taking the time to carefully understand where it could take you, how you will get there and where you want to end up.
That is a recipe for disaster and you will find yourself struggling to go back or start over.
Simple things such as your WA Profile and UserName can bring you much value and financial reward, if you implement them well from the start. Remember, every thing you produce at WA is visible and therefore marketable in the online world.
Do a little exercise:
- Go to Google
- Enter your WA User Name
- See what comes up
If you have implemented things well at WA, it should look something like this:
Your content should dominate. Once it does, you are well on your way to establishing your own brand. There is a lot you can do with 427 results!

Some final tweaking is currently taking place, CassiOfTroy's domain is registered and the website is being designed.
Traffic is already flowing and with some intense, focused energy it will only get better.
It is never too late to pause a little and make some changes to capitalise on the work you have already done.
From this junction, whatever direction you choose to travel in, make sure that you know where you want to end up, how you want to be known (your brand) and what it will take to get you there.

it is much harder to re-do and start over if you have not given this consideration in the beginning.
In addition, your content is out there and could hurt your credibility and efforts.

You are right to recommend taking your time. There is a lot of info in training, and I, for one, can't remember it all the first time. Just keep doing what you can to move forward, and eventually the wheels turn and the scenery changes.
You know well my feelings here Cassi. As for me, I've established my brand and am moving forward. Slow but steady progress being made, and this fits in well with my game plan. I wish you well on your journey my friend.

Awesome post! Thank you for the great ideas and the encouragement that we can build our brand. I bought my name as a domain name, but have done very little with it so far. I was thinking of building that page as my writing and book platform... You've given a lot of good stuff to chew on...
